Our puppies are sent Via Qantas Freight. Please visit their website for an up to date quote on freight.
RETURN POLICY
You can return your puppy within 7 days of purchase for a 75% of purchase price refund (excludes freight).
If you have had the puppy longer than 7 days and need to return it for any reason please contact us to discuss your options. We do not generally give more than a 50% refund (depending on the circumstances)
All freight charges will be the responsibility of the new owners and are non-refundable.
Deposits are STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE unless your chosen puppy can no longer be offered to you (i.e.. it fails its health exam) Deposits on puppies up to 8 weeks of age are transferable to another available puppy. Deposits on puppies over 8 weeks of age are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE so please choose wisely.

PAYMENT METHOD
We prefer payment via EFT Bank transfer or Cash on collection/Delivery in person, to pay via either of these option please contact us for further details charlieoodles@gmail.com
Paypal and Credit card payments are now available however there is a transaction fee of 2.9% to cover bank charges.
